摘 要 女性经期身体激素具有明显变化,过多的前列腺素 F2α 分泌容易原发性痛经。为预防或缓解痛经症状,现在提出以改变月经期间女性的饮食结构的方法来解决这一问题。讨论女性月经期间身体激素的具体变化,寻找出解决病症的突破点。讨论前列腺素 F2α 的组织结构以及合成来源,达到减少前列腺素 F2α 的合成的目的。讨论多饱和脂肪酸的食物来源,并以尽量不影响正常人体营养素的摄入为前体,提出女性月经期间事宜摄入的食物以及避开摄入的食物参考。从而达到改变改变月经期间女性的饮食结构来预防或缓解痛经症状的目的。关键词:痛经;前列腺素 F2α;多饱和脂肪酸;参考摄入量;饮食结构; ABSTRACTFemale menstrual body hormone has obvious change, excessive PGF2α secretion prone to primary dysmenorrhea.
