毕业论文斜轴式轴向柱塞泵的设计摘要轴向柱塞泵作为应用广泛的一类柱塞泵,它的柱塞轴线与缸体轴线相互平行。因为结构紧凑的原因使它具有较为明显的优点,具有紧凑的结构、较轻的重量、单位功率体积小、较高的工作压力以及较高的容积效率。轴向柱塞泵在机械工业,特别是在液压系统中有着广泛的应用。本次毕业设计是对斜轴式轴向柱塞泵进行的设计,其主要性能参数为额定压力 Pn =32MPa,理论排量 v=28ml/r,转速 n=1450r/min。本文将对斜轴式轴向柱塞泵的进展状况、应用现状、轴向柱塞泵的讨论现状以及工作原理进行一定的阐述。根据已知参数对连杆柱塞组、缸体、配流盘、主轴等进行设计计算。着重进行连杆柱塞组、配流盘的受力分析,轴承的选择与校核,平键的强度校核。根据计算得到的相关参数绘制三维零件图以及三维装配图。关键词:柱塞泵 柱塞 缸体 配流盘The Design of Bent Axis Axial Piston PumpAbstractAxial piston pump is widely used as in mechanical industry , its position axis parallel to the cylinder axis.
