毕业设计(论文)题 目: 有机抗静电纤维的制备与性能讨论 学 院: 纺织与材料学院 专业班级: 纺织工程(针织成型)( 1 )班 指导老师: 职称: 讲师 摘 要聚苯胺(polyaniline),简称 PANI,是一种十分重要的导电高分子聚合物,它不仅具有原料易得,合成方法简单,优异的导电性,氧化还原性,电催化性能,电致变色行为,质子交换性及光电特性等优点,而且还可以与许多有机,无机,高分子化合物结合而形成多种具有独特功能的,其他化合物不可比拟的新型材料。本文主要讨论的是聚丙烯腈-聚苯胺抗静电纤维的制备。通过单因素变量共混纺丝法,最终确定出最佳的合成工艺。将 0.2%的聚苯胺(占聚丙烯腈母粒总量的质量百分比)加入 87.5%(wt.)的二甲基亚砜溶液(占配置聚合液总量的质量百分比)在磁力搅拌器的搅拌 30min 使聚苯胺均匀分散在二甲基亚砜中,所得聚合溶液通过水浴加热到 60℃后加入 12.5%(wt.)母粒(占配置聚合液总量的质量百分比)使其充分溶解,静置 24 小时使聚合液气泡完全排除后,经静电纺丝纺制聚丙烯腈-聚苯胺抗静电纤维。关键词:聚苯胺,二甲基亚砜,抗静电,静电纺丝ABSTRACT Polyaniline (polyaniline), abbreviation PANI, is a is important of conductive polymer polymer, it not only has raw materials easy have, synthesis method simple, excellent of conductive sexual, oxidation restore sexual, electric catalytic performance, electric to color acts, proton exchange sexual and the photoelectric characteristics, advantages, and also can and many organic, inorganic, polymer compounds combined and formed multiple has unique features of, other compounds not match of new material.This paper studies the polyacrylonitrile - polyaniline antistatic fiber.
