摘 要 对实验室的全方位开放，是适应教育事业的迅猛进展，是跟上信息时代的步伐，是学生主动学习计算机知识的基础条件。为能使学生能够更多的学习计算机知识，适应社会进展的需要，各高校都有自己的公共机房。然而，这使管理工作加大了难度，如不提高管理的水平，实验室的损耗将非常的大，且管理经费也将出现问题，难以收到理想的效果。为提高实验室的管理，该毕业设计结合高等院校计算机开放性实验室的要求，开发了一套管理系统,该系统采纳的是一种半自动的计费方式，实现像网吧管理一样的功能，达到实验室更好的像学生开放。该系统包括了登陆模块、系统费率模块、上机管理模块设计。当需要上机时，管理员只需点“上机”按扭即可。结帐也很方便，点“下机”按扭自动结帐，并显示该用户此次上机的总用时和相应收费情况。该系统支持多费率计费功能。管理员可以自行设置各种收费标准。系统的关键是上机管理模块系统的设计。查询功能也是系统的核心之一。该系统是大型数据库 Access 与 DELPHI 技术的完美结合，以方便性，安全性，稳定性，易操作性为特点。关键字 : DELPHI, ACCESS 数据库 , 开放性实验室 AbstractTo the laboratory omni-directional opening, adapts the education swift and violent development, is follows the information age the step, is the student studies the computer knowledge on own initiative the foundation condition.
