毕业设计(论文) 题 目: 树脂粘度控制 学 院: 机电工程学院 专业班级: 机械工程及自动化 指导老师: 职称: 工程师 学生姓名: 学 号: 摘要纤维缠绕成型工艺是指采纳连续纤维(带)经过树脂浸胶或采纳预浸胶纤维(带),根据一定的规律缠绕到芯模上,然后再加热或常温下固化,制成一定形状的制品的一种生产工艺。粘度是在流体中流体抗其不可逆位置变化的能力,是对流体内部流动阻力的一种度量。粘度测量在石油、化工、纺织、国防、机械和电力等行业应用非常广泛。它对纤维增强塑料制品的性能影响很大,主要表现在制品的厚度、强度、气密性和剪切强度等。树脂的粘度越高,其流动性越差,原材料外表面上树脂分布就越不均匀;反之,假如树脂的粘度很低,被浸物的浸胶量会过低,这两种情况都将导致制品性能下降。在 FRP 制品生产(如纤维缠绕、预浸料和挤拉等生产工艺)过程中,树脂粘度的在线测量和控制一直都是较难解决的问题,它涉及到测量方法和控制策略的选择。本文根据实际情况选择性价比高且易操作的单筒式旋转测量法测量粘度,然后把信号送给单片机,采纳模糊控制算法简单易行,输出继电器通断时间给执行机构,执行机构采纳改变继电器通断时间来调温。关键词:树脂粘度 ,纤维缠绕机 ,模糊控制ABSTRACTFilament winding molding process using a continuous fiber (with) after the resin impregnated or pre-impregnated fibers (with) wrapped around the mandrel in accordance with certain rules, and then heated or room temperature curing, made of a certain shape products a production process.
