污水厂上位监控管理系统的设计摘 要随着我国经济的高速进展，环境保护已经是一个突出的需要重视的问题。污水处理在环境保护中又是一个最重要的环节。同时随着计算机技术和我国污水处理过程的迅速进展，对污水处理过程自动化程度要求不断提高，利用先进的控制技术和设备对污水处理过程进行监控是非常必要的。同时，由于污水过程的高度非线性、进水流量等参数随机变化很大以及生物传感器的缺乏，使一些重要变量（例如生物需氧量和化学需氧量）还没有成熟的经济的在线测量设备，这样对污水处理的过程控制进行讨论就有着重要的意义。 本文介绍了我国污水处理厂自动化控制系统的讨论现状与进展趋势，及污水处理工艺流程，结合国情和污水处理厂实际，设计出污水处理自动化控制系统的总体结构。控制系统的设计分为两个部分：PLC程序的开发：确定了各个分系统控制要求，首先对各个分系统进行编程，再进行整体程序的调试。上位机监控软件组态王的开发：根据污水处理流程开发了污水处理设备的监控画面，建立了设备操作、设备状态与水质参数的数据库及水质参数的实时曲线，实现了全厂生产报表的自动生成与打印功能。对每一个界面都有图形设计画面和运行画面，完全利用了组态王的强大组态功能，更加方便了对污水处理厂的监控。关键词： 污水处理； 组态王； S7-300； ProfibusThe Design of Computer Monitoring and Manager System in the Wastewater Treatment FactoryAbstractWith the high speed development of our country economy, the environmental protection is already an outstanding problem which needs more attention.
