摘 要本论文阐述了潜油离心泵试验台夹紧装置的设计过程,展示了部分总装图零部件图绘制的结果。设计主要用于潜油离心泵性能检测的实验设备,实现对潜油离心泵的固定和支撑的作用。主要包括试验台总体方案设计、夹紧装置及可调支撑的结构设计及相关的设计计算。保证试验台上的潜油离心泵不移动、不变形、不震动、安全、省力和方便。其中,主要介绍了 V 型块夹紧装置、螺旋传动机构的选择和部分相关的计算,以及夹紧装置的各部分零件在整体中起到的作用。可调支撑在夹紧装置装夹前来支撑泵体,起到调节泵体位置和高度,便于装夹和拆卸的作用。可调支撑中 v 型滚子的选用、螺旋高度调节装置的使用和高度调节的计算。关键词:机械;夹紧装置;V型块;可调支撑Abstract The article expounds the process of oil-submersible centrifugal pump test bench clamp device design ,shows the results which is part of assembly drawings, parts mapping. The design is mainly used for the test equipment of oil-submersible centrifugal pump performance.,realization of oil-submersible centrifugal pump fixed and a supporting role.Mainly includes the scheme of test bench, a clamping device and an adjustable supporting structure design and related design calculation.Assurance test of oil-submersible centrifugal pump does not move, deform,vibrate, safety, labor saving and convenient.This article mainly introduces the V type clamping device, the choice of screw drive mechanism and partial correlations were computed, and each part of the clamping device in the overall play a role.Adjustable support in the clamping device ,is used to support a workpiece before clamping, to adjust the workpiece position and height, is convenient for clamping and disassembling the role.Adjustable support in the V type roller selection, helical height adjustment device use and height adjustment calculation.Key words:Machinery;Fixture;V type block;Adjustable support目 录第 1 章 概述.......................
