These enhancements the humanity to resist disease's ability and the promotion life quality, but simultaneously the drugs complexity and the risk also grow day by day, the flaw drugs cause the harm for the consumer's possibility to increase along with it. Drugs recall are a consumer protection medication security to flaw drugs control measure, but our country drugs recall the system building to be late, various aspects are not very also perfect,people's medication safe had not obtained the effective safeguards.
