摘 要中国林蛙,属于两栖类珍稀动物。中国林蛙以其独特的营养价值与药用价值日益受到人们的重视,是蛙类中最有经济价值的一种。林蛙富含多种氨基酸、激素、微量元素和维生素等营养成分,在药用、滋补和美容等方面都具有非常高的利用价值。 林蛙皮是摘取林蛙油后作为饲料或废弃物的物质。本讨论立足于中国林蛙资源丰富以及蛙皮中含有大量生物活性物质这一优势,以干燥的林蛙皮为原料,用不同方法对林蛙皮进行胶原蛋白提取试验,利用羟脯氨酸比色法比较了几种方法的提取效果,得出最佳的提法方法,并通过单因素试验及正交试验对最佳提取方法进行优化。结果表明:酸法浸提是从林蛙皮中提取胶原蛋白的最佳方法,液料比为20:1,利用0.1mol/L柠檬酸在37℃下浸提48h为最佳工艺条件。关键词:林蛙皮;胶原蛋白;方法比较;最佳工艺AbstractRana chensinensis, belongs to the amphibian of rare animals. The rana chensinensis has been paid increasingly attention by people with its unique nutrition value and medicinal value, and becomes one of the frogs which have most economic value. Rana is rich in amino acids, hormones, trace elements, vitamins and other nutritions, and has very high value in the use of pharmaceutical, tonic, cosmetic and other aspects. Rana skin is gathering after rana oil as feed or waste material. This study bases on the advantage that rana chensinensis resources are rich and rana skin contains a lot of biological active substance, with dry rana skin as raw materials, using different methods to the extraction test by rana skin collagen, then compared several methods of extraction effect by hydroxyproline colorimetric method to get the best extraction method,and through the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, the best extraction method is optimized.
