河南科技学院2025 届本科毕业论文(设计)论文题目:滚齿差动挂轮的计算机辅助选择学生姓名: 吴聪所在院系: 机电学院所学专业: 机电技术教育导师姓名: 陈锡渠完成时间:2025 年 5 月 20 日摘 要在滚齿机床上加工齿轮时,需要计算挂轮,但是差动挂轮的计算选择尤其繁琐,在齿轮传动中,螺旋齿(斜齿轮)运动和动力的传递是依靠接触轨迹沿着轴向移动实现的,因此斜齿轮的加工精度直接影响了斜齿轮的工作平稳性。而斜齿轮的各种机械加工方法中,其首要步骤是进行差动挂轮选择计算, 但是由于传统的手工计算来选配挂轮是达不到快速准确的要求的,基于上述原因,我们在讨论差动挂轮选择算法的基础上,运用了计算机技术开发了机床差动挂轮选择软件,选择这个课题的目的就是改变传统的滚齿机差动挂轮的选择找到一种简便快捷精度高的方法,代替传统那种费时而且容易出错的查表法,这种方法精度很低,有时侯甚至出现调整机床的挂轮配备和安装条件不能满足挂轮分配计算的要求。关键词:滚齿机差动挂轮数据库,计算精度,c 语言程序,计算机,比值挂轮表Differential gear hobbing selection of computer-aidedAbstractGear hobbing machine processing in bed when the gear requirements, but the calculation of the differential gear selection especially cumbersome in gear, the helical gear (helical gear) movement and the driving force is to rely on the transmission of axial movement along the access track to achieve, so the machining precision helical gear has a direct impact on the work of helical gear stability.
