中小型企业人才流失的原因及应对措施分析研究 工商企业管理专业 摘要:随着我国社会主义市场经济的发展,市场竞争更加激烈。企业要在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,人才是关键。为避免人才流失,防止人才过于频繁流动而给企业带来的不利影响,企业必须采取有效的解决对策。本文通过对当前企业人才管理现状的论述,分析了企业人才流失的原因,提出了在新形势下解决企业人才流失的对策,以切实解决企业人才流失危机。关键字:人才流失;原因;对策Abstract : As China's socialist market economy , market competition become more intense .
