摘 要目前,组合机床主要是用于平面加工和孔加工两类。现随着自动化的进展,其工艺范围正在扩大可以完成如:车外圆、行星铣削、焊接、热处理等等切削与非切削工作。它在汽车、电机、仪器仪表等轻工业行业中获得了广泛的应用,它在机床、机车、工程机械等制造业中也已推广应用。即 这篇毕业设计论文主要阐述的是一套系统的关于钻孔卧式双面组合机床的设计方法。它是组合机床中的一种。内容分为三章,第一章主要介绍了组合机床的现状和前景及它的特点。第二章介绍了组合机床的总体设计,包括对加工零件的工艺分析、通用部件的选择和机床的布置等等。第三章是多轴箱设计的全过程。本书均采纳国家法定计算单位,国家标准、颁布标准。设计时由###老师全权指导并全参考相关专业书籍,但由于设计者的水平和经验有限,书中难免有错误和不足之处,敬请读者批判指正。关键词:组合机床,钻孔卧式双面组合机床,多轴箱 ABSTRACTPresently, combination machine tools are mainly used for plane processing and hole processing. Combination machine tools are widely used in those light industries such as automobiles, electrical machinery and instruments and also applied in manufacturing industries of machine tools, locomotives, and engineering machinery.
