毕 业 论 文迷你吸尘器外壳注塑模具设计及型腔加工仿真 完成日期:2025 年 月 日摘 要 塑料是从 20 世纪进展起来的一种新兴材料,由于其广泛的应用,已替代了部分自然材料,如金属、木材、皮革以及硅酸盐等,并且成为现代生活和工业中不可缺少的一种人造化学合成材料。注塑模具是塑料成型的工艺装备,在成型加工中,塑料模具可以多次重复使用,适应大批量生产,因此,注塑模具在现代工业生产中发挥着重要的作用。 文章中首先分析了吸尘器外壳所用材料的工艺特性,阐述了 ABS 材料的工艺特点;其次,在模具的结构设计过程中,本文对塑件的不同成型方案从不同的角度进行了讨论和比较,最终决定实行了一模一腔的直接浇口式成型方案;此外,文中还针对模具的使用要求对模具的结构进行了分析并做了一些必要的计算;最后,文章简单的介绍了 Mastercam 软件,通过使用 Mastercam9.1 软件对模具的型腔进行了数控加工仿真。 应用 Pro/E、Auto CAD 和 Mastercam 进行设计和加工仿真,极大地提高了本模具设计的质量和效率。本设计综合运用了模具设计和结构设计的知识,在进行结构设计的同时我们也要综合考虑模具的整体构成。关键词 塑料;注塑模具;软件;结构设计;模具设计AbstractPlastic is the emerging materials developed in the 20th century.
