绵阳市梓潼县黎雅中学学生公寓楼土建施工图预算编制摘要: 土建施工图预算是在项目的施工图设计阶段，根据建筑施工图、结构施工图、预算定额、各项取费标准以及建设地区的自然和技术经济条件等资料，编制而成的建筑工程预算造价文件。科学合理地编制施工图预算可以更加精确的确定工程造价，对于工程项目能起到至关重要的作用。本项目依据绵阳市梓潼县黎雅中学学生公寓楼施工图纸及有关图集，采纳GB50500-2025《建设工程工程量清单计价法律规范》以及2025《四川省建设工程工程量清单计价定额》进行计算、组价，从而确定项目的土建施工图预算造价。在编制过程中，笔者严格遵循清单和定额的工程量计算规则，详细地计算了土建工程量、钢筋工程量，并据此编制了分部分项工程量与单价措施项目清单、总价措施项目清单、其他项目清单、规费与税金项目清单、分部分项工程量与单价措施项目清单计价表、总价措施项目清单计价表、其他项目清单计价表、规费与税金项目清单计价表、分部分项工程综合单价分析表、措施项目综合单价分析表、主要材料价格表、单位工程投标报价汇总表、单项工程投标报价汇总表，并根据编制中的心得，完成了土建施工图预算文件编制说明。关键词：土建施工图预算； 工程造价； 预算文件编制Zitong County of Mianyang City, Liya middle school student apartment buildingConstruction drawing budget preparationAbstract: Civil construction budget is in the construction design stage of the project, according to the construction drawings, construction drawings, budget quota, the fee standards and construction area of natural and economic conditions and other technical data, compiled from the construction engineering budget cost file.
