家庭环境对心血管神经症患者的影响【摘要】 目的 探讨家庭环境因素对心血管神经症患者的影响。 方法 对132 例心血管神经症患者及 130 例正常健康者，采纳家庭环境量表、汉密顿焦虑量表、汉密顿抑郁量表进行测评分析。 结果 家庭环境量表测评，讨论组家庭亲热度、成功性、道德宗教观、控制性因子分均显着高于对比组，情感表达、矛盾性、知识性、娱乐性、组织性因子分均显着低于对比组；汉密顿焦虑量表评分讨论组总分、躯体性焦虑和精神性焦虑因子分均显着高于对比组。汉密顿抑郁量表评分讨论组总分、焦虑/躯体化、认识障碍、阻滞、睡眠障碍、无望感因子分均极显着高于对比组。 结论 心血管神经症患者有明显的焦虑抑郁情绪，家庭环境因素对心血管神经症患者有不同程度的影响；综合医院医生应提高对心血管神经症及焦虑抑郁情绪的识别率，从而提高心血管神经症的临床疗效。【关键词】 家庭环境；心血管神经症；焦虑；抑郁 Effects of home environment on patients cardiovascular neurosis 【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of home environment on patients with cardiovascular neurosis. Methods Assessments were conducted with the Family Environment Scale(FES)，the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)，the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) in 132 patients with cardiovascular neurosis(research group) and 130 healthy persons(control group). Results According to the FES, scores of family intimacy,success, morality and religion and control wre siginificantly higher() and those of affection expression and senses of contrary, intelligence, entertaiment and organization lower( or ) in the research than in the control group; the total score and scores of somato and psych anxiety of the HAMA (), and that and those of anxiety/somatization,cognitive disturbance,blockage,dyssomnia and feeling of despair() were significantly higher in the research than in the control.
