小 型 对 辊 磨 粉 机 结 构 设 计摘 要摘要：本设计就是小型对辊磨粉机得结构设计，主要包括：机架与磨辊设计、喂料机构设计、传动机构设计、筛粉机构设计。本设计工作原理就是利用一对水平放置得等径齿辊（或光辊），采纳链条传动将快辊上得力传递给慢辊，达到不等速且相对旋转得工作方式，以剪切、挤压、研磨（或挤压与研磨）得方法将小麦粉碎，通过筛粉机构打散物料促使麸皮与面粉分离提取出来。本机得工作效率高，既适合小型面粉厂又适合个体家庭。本设计主要特点在于所设计得机构简单，有用性强，便于加工。其所用得材料便宜，所以本机得制造成本很低。本设计所设计得磨粉机具有成本低，效率高得特点。关键词：对辊磨粉机，链条传动，筛粉机构Design for the structure of small Roller millABSTRACTABSTRACT ：The thesis is about the design of the Small Roll Mill, mainly including: the Machine Frame and Grinding Roll design, Feeding Machine design, and Sifter Machine design 、The principle of the design is a method which is in different speed but relative rotation, using a pair of horizontal and same radius pin-roll to transmitting power from the fast roll to the slow one through chains, and smashing wheat by cutting, squeezing and grinding then separating the flour from bran by breaking materials up through the sifter machine 、 The machine has a high efficiency, which is suitable for small flour-factory but also an individual family、 The main feature of the design is simple, practical and easy to process、 The materials are cheap, so the manufacturing cost of the machine is very low 、 The design of the milling machine has the characteristics of low cost and high efficiency 、KEY WORDS: The roller mill, chain drive, screening mechanism目 录前 言........................................................................................1第 1 章 绪论 ............................................................................. 2 1 、 1...
