学 号：202514230222HEBEI UNITED UNIVERSITY毕 业 论 文GRADUATETHESIS设计题目：三河市优抚医院抗血压药物的临床应用讨论学生某某：郭晓双专业班级：08 药物制剂学 院：药学院指导老师：X 江群主任医师 2025 年 05 月 28 日摘 要目的：讨论三河市优抚医院抗高血压药物的临床应用情况，分析门诊抗高血压药物之间相互应用的合理性，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：利用本院信息查询软件和药品库存管理系统，从我院门诊 2025 年 3 月处方中筛选出含有抗高血压药物的处方 452 份，统计分析患者性别、年龄、各类抗高血压药物的用药频度〔DDDs〕、与药物联合应用情况。结果：以老年患者为主，男性略高于女性。钙离子通道拮抗药〔CCB〕与血管紧 X 素转化酶抑制剂〔ACEI〕的使用频次最高。联合用药方案较合理，共有处方 202X，占 44.9%。其中以二联用药最多，共 161X，占 35.8%。结论：三河市优抚医院抗高血压药物的应用根本符合《中国高血压防治指南》。大局部联合用药方案较合理，但缺乏对联合用药提高血压达标率的认识。抗高血压药物品种繁多，选择安全、有效、经济、合理的药物至关重要。关键词高血压病；抗高血压药物；临床应用AbstractObjective: To research antihypertensive drugs using in SanHe City Helping Hospital.Analysis the rationalityof outpatient antihypertensive drugsapplication at Outpatient service,in order to provide a reference for clinical medication. Methods:Using the information query software and drug inventory management system, we filter 452 pieces drug prescriptions thae includes antihypertensive drugs from our hospital outpatient service of March 2025, to sum up and analyze patients’ gender, age and Defined Daily Dose System(DDDs)of all kinds of the antihypertensive drug and the drug joint application.Results:Most of the patients are elder people and the males slightly higher than the females,Calcium Channel Blocker(CCB) and Angiotensin Converting Enzyme Inhibitors(ACEI) is using the most frequently.
