摘要远程视频监控集中了多媒体技术、数字图像处理技术、远程网络传输等多方面最新技术，有巨大的市场应用前景，是当前视频监控领域的应用研究热点。本文结合目前的城市“平安工程”项目，针对目前国内外现有的远程视频监控系统在城市治安视频监控应用中产生的网络拥塞、系统扩展性差、不能适应城市范围的大规模监控等问题进行了深入研究，并在研究基础上提出了“基于IP网络的分布式远程视频监控系统”和实现方法。本文的研究结果体现在下面3个方面：(1)提出了基于分布式目录服务方式来实现分布式远程视频监控系统中各结点服务器之间、结点服务器与客户端／编码前端之间的协调和管理。实现了分布式体系中无中心管理服务器但能实现资源统一管理的目标，解决了传统远程视频监控系统中需要的中心管理服务器的问题。提高了系统的可扩展性、容错能力和减低了对单机性能的要求。(2)在基于IP网络的分布式远程视频监控系统中，从实用角度提出通过结点服务器之间的单插多发未实现应用层服务器之间端到端的服务器组播。这种组播方式实现了独立于网络层的组播。(3)提出了一种通过系统中各结点设备之间主动询问来自动建立分布式目录的实用方法，该方法自动维护分布式系统中的设备文档，提高了系统自动化管理程度。本系统与传统的视频监控相比，有效的解决了网络拥塞、统一管理和系统扩展性等传统视频监控不能有效解决的问题，适合于城市范围的大规模视频监控系统的建设。关键词：分布式；远程视频监控；组播；单播DistributedremotevideosurveillancesystemoverIPnetworkABSTRACTNetworkdigitalvideosurveillancesystem(NDVSs)blendingoftheadvantageinmultimedia．digitalvideoprocessingandthenetworkcommunication．Therefore，asoneofthemostperspectiveapplications．NDVSShasbecomeoneofthehotspotresearch．Combinedwithcur-lent“citysecurityproject”.thispaperconductsin—depthresearchonseveralbasicissuesofthecurrentvideosurveillancesystemthathassomethingmatter,suchasnetworkcongestion，badscalabilityandtotalmanagement．InthisPaper，“DistributedremotevideosurveillancesystemoverIPnetwork”andhowtotakeitrealityispresented．Thecontributionsofthisthesisaremainlywithinthreeareas．(1)Eachnodeserverandfromnodeservertoclient／encodingunitindistributedremotevideosurveillancesystem，itcanbemanagedwithdistributeddirectorymanagement．So，itwillestablishatotalarchitecture．Thisarchitecturehasnotmanagementcenterserver．itdonotliketraditionaldistributedarchitecturethathasmanagementcenterserver．Notmanagementcenterservercanupthescalability,reliabilityanddowntherequirementofsinglenodeserverability．(2)Inthisdistributednetworkstructure，ifthereismultipleclientrequestvideostreamonthesamenodeserver,thisnodeservercopyvideopacket，thensendpackettoeachclientwithunicast，buteachofthenodeserverhasonlyonevideostream，assameasmulticast．Inthispaper．nameditasnodeservermulticast．Itisindependentonnetworklayer.(3)Inthissystem，eachnodeservercandoisdiscoveringothernodethatarepresentonthenetwork．then，thedistributeddirectorybeautomaticestablished．Thisfunctionistypicallyusedtoautomatedserviceeachunitprofileinthissystem，itupthesystemautomaticmanagement．Keywords：DistributedRemoteVideosurveillanceSystem；multicast：unicast基于IP网络的分布式远程视频监控研究和实现0引言随着科技的日新月异，视频监控市场也得到了飞速发展。视频监控以其直观、方便、信息内容丰富而广泛应用于许多场合。近年来，随着互联网的大范围普及，以及计算机、网络、图像处理、传输技术的飞速发展，视频监控技术也有长足的发展。视频监控已经渗透到教育、政府、娱乐场所、医院、酒店、运动场馆、城市治安等多种领域。早期的视频监控一般为CCTV(闭路电视模拟监控)方式。至九十年代起，由于因特网与PC的普及，以...
