褐煤中的水分贾建军，吴阳，刘娇萍(西安科技大学 化学与化工学院, 西安 710000)摘要：我国褐煤储量丰富，然而其较高的水分极大的制约了褐煤的开采与利用，对褐煤中水分的存在机理及脱除能耗的讨论是褐煤高效利用的关键。主要介绍了褐煤高水分的原因、褐煤中水分的存在形式、褐煤中不同形式水分脱除所需能耗及比例，指出了褐煤讨论的重要性。关键词：褐煤；存在形式；能耗The moisture in lignite JIA jian-jun, WU yang, LIU jiao-ping(School of chemistry and chemical engineering, Xi`an university of science and technology,Xi`an 710000,China)Abstract: Lignite reserves are abundant in China, but the high water content greatly limits its exploitation and utilization, the key to solve the efficient use of lignite is to study the existence mechanism of moisture and energy consumption of removal the water in lignite. Introduce the reasons for the high water content, the existing forms of moisture, the proportion and energy consumption of removal the different forms of moisture and noted the importance of lignite research.Key words:lignite; existing forms; energy consumption褐煤的煤化程度较低，是介于泥炭与烟煤之间的一种棕黑色、无光泽的低阶煤，其储量较大，约占世界煤炭总储量的 40%，在我国探明煤炭保有资源储量中约占 13%[1]。褐煤高水分、高挥发分、易风化及低热值的特点，使其开采运输成本居高不下；直接燃烧利用，又会降低炉膛温度，增加排烟热损失，降低锅炉效率，增加煤炭消耗量 [2]，这极大的限制了褐煤的开采利用。然而随着我国经济的进展，对能源需求的不断增加，优质煤炭资源不断枯竭，褐煤的综合利用必将被提上议题，适时地进展褐煤的综合利用产业将有效缓解我国优质动力煤供应紧张的局面，同时还可延伸煤化工产业链，提高煤炭资源的综合利用效率，实现褐煤煤业的可持续进展，对于我国国民经济的可持续进展提供强有力的保障，对国家能源安全具有重大意义[3]。因此对褐煤中水分的存在机理、存在形式、不同形式水分提质的耗能及其比例的讨论成了褐煤高效利用的关键。1.褐煤高水分的原因褐煤均含有大量的水分，其中我国褐煤储量最丰富（约占我国褐煤储量 77.1%...
