Obviously, the third-party payment corporations will compete and challenge bank’s online business. At the very beginning, this essay introduces the background, meaning and current situation of this research; then, it does a detailed analysis of the challenge that the third-party payment faces about bank’s online payment business. For example, it does the analysis of the challenge of bank’s intermediary service, distributes the bank deposit, analyze the relationship between the third-party payment and the monopoly of bank card payment and the competition between the third-party payment and bank; above all, we get some suggestions and revelations from the analysis of the competition and challenge, such as enhance capital settlement, diversify the functions of bank’s online payment ...
