PLC 在全自动洗衣机控制系统中的应用摘 要随着社会经济的进展和科学技术水平的提高，全自动化成为必定的进展趋势。全自动洗衣机的产生极大的方便了人们的生活。洗衣机是国内家电业唯一不打价格战的行业，经过几年的平稳进展，国产洗衣机无论在质量上还是功能上都和世界领先水平同步。纵观洗衣机市场，高效节能、省水、省电、环保型洗衣机一直在市场上占主导地位。PLC 的优点是：可靠性高，耗电少，适应性强，运行速度快，寿命长等，为了进一步提高全自动洗衣机的功能和性能，避开传统控制的一些弊端，就提出了用 PLC 来控制全自动洗衣机这个课题。本设计介绍了采纳西门子 S7-200 进行编程并且利用计算机组态软件组态王进行组态监控的全自动洗衣机控制系统。本设计全面讲解了根据全自动洗衣机的工作原理，利用 PLC 对其进行控制，并介绍了详细的硬件及软件设计方法，以及建立组态监控的步骤，最终实现了全自动洗衣机的基本功能。关键词：PLC，西门子，洗衣机，自动The application of PLC in the automatic washing machine control systemABSTRACTWith the improvement of socio-economic development and scientific and technological level, the automation has become an inevitable trend.
