移动通信基站机房环境集中监控系统的分析与设计摘要移动通信基站机房的环境集中监控系统己经成为通信站实现无人或少人值守的必不可少的手段，起到了减轻维护人员的工作量、提高维护质量的作用。本文是在这此前提下，根据已有的相关技术和研究设计成果，进行了通信基站机房环境集中监控系统的分析与设计。环境集中监控管理系统指通信电源动力、环境及安防集中监控管理系统，它是一个分布式计算机控制系统，集中并融合了传感器技术、现代计算机技术、通信技术、网络技术、数据库技术和人机系统技术的最新成果而构成的计算机集成系统，能够实现遥测、遥信、遥控和遥调四遥功能，对实现现代化的通信基站机房维护和科学管理有着十分重要的意义。本监控系统面向3G移动通信的基站进行设计，采用三级分层结构。监控单元（SU）、域监控中心（SS）和监控中心(SC)。本文重点进行了域监控中心（SS）的软件总体设计和监控模块（SM）设计以及实时监控、显示、告警处理等部分模块功能的实现。软件设计采用模块化软件设计思想。实现对机房动力设备、空调及门禁的实时监控。本系统是应用AT89C52单片机,采用VISCALBASIC6.0开发的运行在WINDOWS平台上的监控软件。通过对被监控对象进行数据监测和分析处理实现对基机房环境的集中监控。最后,文章对本设计进行了总结，并对监控系统的未来进行了展望。关键词：集中监控系统，环境子系统，实时监控，报警处理AnalysisanddesignofcentralizedmonitoringsystemofcommunicationbasestationsinmobileenvironmentAbstractTheenvironmentmonitoringsystem,whichhasplayedaroletoreducetheworkloadofthemaintenancestaffandimprovethequalityofmaintenance,hasbeentheessentialmeansofrealizingunattentionedorfewerpeopleondutyforthemobilecommunicationsbasestations.Inthiscontext,thisarticletrytoreseachboththedesignandrealizationoftheenvironmentmonitoringsysteminaccordancewiththerelevanttechnicalspecificationsoftheMinistryofPostsandTelecommunications.Environmentalmonitoringmanagementsystemisadistributedcomputercontrolsystem.Itisacomputerintegratedsystem,whichachievestheFour-remotingfunction-telemetry,remotingcommunication,remotingcontrolandremoteadjustmentcontainingsensortechnology,modemcomputertechnology,communicationstechnology,networktechnologyandthelatestresultsofhuman-computersystemtechnologies.Itisofimportantsignificanceforrealizingthemoderncommunicationpowermaintainanceandscientificmanagement.Themonitoringsystemhasbeendesignedfor3Gmobilecommunicationbasestation,usingthree-tierhierarchy,controlunitSU,regionalmonitoringcentersSSandmonitoringcenterSC.ThisarticlefocusesonthedesignofSSsoftwareandcontrolunitSM,aswellastherealizationofsomeofthemodulesfunction,suchasreal-timemonitoring,alarmprocessing.Modularsoftwaredesignsmakeitpossibletoachievereal-timemonitoringoftheenvironmentmonitoringsystem.ThesystemistheapplicationofAT89C52.ItusesthemonitoringsoftwaredevelopedbyVISCALBASIC6.OrunninginWINDOWSplatform.Itmonitorsboththebasestationpower,air-conditioningandtheroomenvironmentthroughmonitoringandanalysingthedataofthetarget.Finally,thisarticlesummarizesthedesignandhasaoutlookaboutthefutureofthemonitoringsystem.Keywords:Centralizedmonitoringsystem;Environmentsubsystem;Real-timemonitoring;Alarmprocessing目录绪论................................................................................................................................11环境集中监控系统的概述.........................................................................................11.1项目的背景和意义...........................................................................................11.2国内外的发展现状...............
