So the elevator is particularly important now. This issue is the design of six-layer elevator control system based on PLC and here is a selection of Siemens S7-200. To complete the design, this paper has been divided into the elevator control system logic and speed control system. This elevator control system use PLC to deal with pulse signal come from rotary encoder, and then the frequency converter has been controlled to realize uplink or downlink and speed changing. Programming with the Siemens programming software and reaching the requirements by simulation and debugging.
