施工质量管理的必要性与方法措施施工质量管理的必要性与方法措施 摘要：随着我国改革开放的深化，国内施工企业在国民经济持续快速高效增长和基建投资项目不断增加的影响下，得到了巨大的进展。但近些年来，社会上出现了一批粗制滥造的“豆腐渣”工程，给国家和人民的生命财产安全造成了重大的损失和危害，并给社会带来了消极的影响。我们应该对建设工程的施工质量进行有效的控制，杜绝重大工程质量事故的发生。所以，国家在实施扩大内需，加大基础设施建设和进展国民经济等重大决策的时候，建设工程的质量问题尤其关键。 关键词：建设工程，质量管理，技术措施 Abstract: With the deepening of China's reform and opening up, the domestic construction enterprises under the influence of sustained, rapid and efficient growth and increasing investment in infrastructure projects, has been a huge development.
