浅析土建工程施工成本控制管理浅析土建工程施工成本控制管理 摘要：随着建筑行业的不断进展进步，施工企业之间的竞争也越加激烈，在保证施工质量的同时，只有加强内部管理，合理规划好施工成本的控制才能够取得更大的效益。而土建工程施工的成本控制管理应该从工程的招投标开始，直到整个工程的竣工结算，施工成本控制要贯穿在施工的全过程。下面本文就从施工成本的控制的原则出发，探讨施工成本控制的相关措施，以保证施工企业的利益。 关键字：土建工程施工成本控制控制原则相关措施 Abstract: With the continuous development and progress of the construction industry, the construction of the competition among the enterprises is increasingly fierce, in ensuring the construction quality at the same time, only to strengthen internal management, rational planning and control of the construction cost to be able to achieve greater efficiency.
