浅析房建施工中的玻璃钢模板施工工艺浅析房建施工中的玻璃钢模板施工工艺 摘要：本文对玻璃钢圆柱模板的施工技术进行讨论，得到一套较为系统的施工工艺。通过实际工程的应用验证玻璃钢圆柱模板施工工艺的经济社会效益，与传统木模、钢模相比具有施工简便、缩短工期、降低成本等优点。本文旨在为我国广泛应用玻璃钢模板进行圆柱的施工提供一些指导。玻璃钢模板材料属于新型模板材料，目前还处于进展完善阶段，还有许多工作有待于更深化讨论。 关键词：玻璃钢圆柱模板；力学；性能；施工 Abstract: This paper studies the construction technology of FRP cylindrical template, a set of systematic construction technology. Through the practical engineering application of FRP cylindrical template construction process of economic and social benefits, compared with the traditional wood, steel mould has the advantages of simple construction, shorten the construction period, lower cost etc.. This paper aims to provide some guidance for the construction of China's wide application of FRP template column. Glass steel formwork material belongs to new template materials is still in the stage of development and perfection, much remains to be further study. Key words: FRP cylindrical template; mechanical properties; construction; 中图分类号：TU745.5 文献标识码：A 文章编号：2095-2104（2025）1-0020-03 1 绪论： 目前，玻璃钢模板已被越来越多的施工企业采纳，玻璃钢模壳和小曲率圆柱模板是玻璃钢模板应用最多的两种形式。玻璃钢作为一种新型模板材料，具有良好的力学性能，接缝少，施工方便、不需要复杂的外部支撑体系，周转使用次数多等优点，由于墙体混凝土在模板上产生较大的侧压力，所以常采纳型钢做模板框，与玻璃钢面板复合而成，楼板部位的模板所受的压力较小，可用玻璃钢模板作面板和纵横肋。玻璃钢模板因其强重比较大，可以加工成较大面积的面板，装拆速度快，能有效提高施工速度。目前玻璃钢制品主要有玻璃钢模壳和小曲率圆柱模板。 2 玻璃钢模板的特点 玻璃钢模板是采纳无碱玻璃纤维布作基材，不饱和聚酷树脂为粘结剂，利用模具加工的一种新型模板。它克服了...
