谈监理对混凝土后浇带施工质量的控制谈监理对混凝土后浇带施工质量的控制 【摘 要】从基础后浇带垫层的处理、后浇带两侧的模板和钢筋支设、后浇带两侧的混凝土浇筑、垂直施工缝的处理、后浇带混凝土的养护等方面叙述了后浇带施工中监理应注意的事项。 【关键词】混凝土后浇带；施工质量；监理控制 On the Commissioner after the pouring of concrete with the construction quality control Hu Hang （Qiandongnan in Guizhou Province， Construction Supervision Limited liability company 556000） 【Abstract】After pouring from the base cushion with the treatment， after pouring on both sides of the template with sticks and steel bars set up on both sides of the belt after pouring concrete pouring， vertical construction joint treatment， after the pouring of concrete with the conservation of the areas described in the post - Construction of the Commissioner of pouring zone should pay attention to the matter. 【Keywords】After pouring concrete belt； construction quality； Superintendency control 随着高层建筑向体量大型化和结构功能多样化方向进展，超长（即超过钢筋砼结构伸缩缝的最大间距）结构、主楼裙房式结构或体形不规则结构不断出现，特别是对地下防水有要求的建筑物，要求结构不留变形缝，常采纳施工后浇缝（即后浇带）来取代它，对长度较长、面积较大带地下室的高层板式楼房等建筑物，以及独立的地下建筑物都根据设计法律规范要求设置沉降或伸缩后浇带。笔者结合工程施工监理经验对后浇带施工阶段监理的质量控制要点进行阐述。 施工后浇带是现浇混凝土结构中只在施工期间保留的临时性变形缝，是一种特别的施工缝。施工后浇带按作用可分为 3 种：用于解决高层主体与低层群房差异沉降的，称为施工后浇沉降带；用于解决钢筋混凝土收缩变形的，称为施工后浇收缩带；用于解决混凝土温度应力的，称为施工后浇温度带。施工后浇带既是施工措施，又是设计手段。施工后浇带有时能起到几种变形缝的作用，但终究是临时性的变形缝，待将后浇带混凝土补齐后，达到不设永久变形缝的目的。后浇带的施工质量问题，是控制出现结构有害裂缝确保达到设计要求的关键。混凝土后浇带施工中监...
