法学专业生法律职业道德教育存在的问题及对策[摘要]现阶段部分高校法律职业道德教育师资力量薄弱，学科定位不明确，高校较多关注法律专业知识培养忽视法律职业道德教育，且法学专业生过于重视专业课成绩，对法律职业道德的学习意识不强，部分大学生认为法律职业道德教育与就业无关引发了法律职业道德教育被忽视，法学专业知识教育与法律职业道德教育之间比重失衡等问题。对此，应当从明确法律职业道德教育科目的定位，加强法律职业道德教育方面的师资力量，提升大学生接受法律职业道德教育的自觉性等方面来进行整改。[关键词] 大学生；法律职业道德；教育 [Abstract] At present, some colleges and universities in the legal professional ethics education teachers is weak, the discipline is not clear, colleges and universities pay more attention to the cultivation of legal professional knowledge, and law students single pay attention to professional class results, their legal professional ethics is not strong, some students believe that legal professional ethics education has nothing to do with the employment.
