摘 要随着经济水平的发展，我国的非营利组织发展随之迅猛起来，非营利组织在政府与市场之间发挥的调和作用也越来越明显，成为了第三部门，致力于社会公共服务与社会公益事业之间。近年来，我国非营利组织发展速度明显加快，但是，却逐渐凸显出许多问题，如民间非营利组织对于财务的开销渠道还不够公开透明，发布信息质量还有待于提高，信息渠道不够完善等，非营利组织暴露出来的问题会影响其在社会中的形象，使其社会公信力下降。本文对于非营利组织现阶段的发展过程中暴露出来的问题，以免费图书馆为例，非营利图书馆在社会发展中的作用随着人民大众生活水平的提高越来越显得重要，人民大众对文化层次的需求增高，刺激非营利组织对社会发展的更大潜能。关键词：非营利组织、政府Abstractwith the development of the economic level, the development of non-profit organizations in China has been developing rapidly.
