高层建筑施工管理及质量控制高层建筑施工管理及质量控制 摘要：随着我国经济的持续增长和人口密度的激增，高层建筑逐渐成为现代城市进展的重要方向。高层建筑的结构复杂、规模量大、功能齐全、系统复杂、建设标准高，对其施工技术有着极高的要求。因此，必须加强施工质量控制管理，将施工质量控制落实到高层建筑施工的各个环节，确保建筑工程的质量。 关键词：高层建筑 施工技术质量管理 管理措施 Abstract: with the rapid increase of China's sustained economic growth and population density, high-rise building has gradually become an important direction of modern city development. High-rise building complex structure, size large, complete functions, system complexity, high construction standards, has a high demand for the construction technology. Therefore, we must strengthen the construction quality control and management, the construction quality control to implement the various links of high-rise building construction, ensure the quality of building engineering. Key words: high-rise building construction technology quality management measures 中图分类号：TU97 文献标识码： A 文章编号： 随着城市化进程的进展，高层建筑在城市建设中发挥着越来越重要的作用。由于高层建筑结构复杂，工程量大，涉及工序多，给建筑施工带来相当大的难度，在建筑施工过程中探讨合理的施工管理方法对提高建筑质量缩短建设工期以及控制施工成本都有至关重要作用。 1．高层建筑结构特点 高层建筑由于层数多，体量大，建筑地基必须达到足够的强度才能承受上部结构的荷载，因此高层建筑基础多为深基础，持力层一般应嵌入微风化岩层。高层建筑要满足人防面积、停车位数量等建筑功能方面的要求，同时还要解决施工过程中的结构抗浮等问题，这就要求采纳深基坑建造多层地下室，深基坑的建设必定涉及基坑围护、防水等较为复杂的具有不确定性问题的影响。高层建筑功能复杂，子系统多，安装工程量大，要求精度高。新技术、新材料、新工艺大量采纳，对施工管理和工种工序的协调要求较高。 2．高层建筑施工中的问题及原因 2.1 技术质量方面 现代建筑科技含量高，涉及专业多，安装的质量技术要求越来越高每一个...
