摘 要毕业设计是根据 XX 市 XX 办事处综合楼工程的招标文件的招标须知、合同条件、技术法律规范、图纸及其他有关文件而编制的投标书。本工程建筑面积为 5893.36 平方米，总造价 6670742.24 元，每平方米造价 1131.98 元，计划总工期 250 天。该毕业设计包括：商务标、技术标和结论。商务标包括土建、装饰、安装，以及综合单价的分析；建筑工程量计算规则严格根据《XX 省建筑工程清单计价应用》中的计算规则进行计算，工程造价则是应用定额套价，严格根据山东省的计价法律规范。技术标是从人、材、机方面来进行建筑施工的综合布置，主要包括编制依据、工程概况、施工总体部署、施工准备工作、主要分部（分项）施工方法、确保工程质量的技术组织措施、确保安全生产的技术组织措施、确保文明施工的技术组织措施、成品保护措施、降低环境污染和噪声的措施、确保施工工期的技术组织措施、季节性施工措施、质量通病的防治措施、附图表，从技术、施工、物资等方面实行措施来确保建筑工程的施工进度、工程质量与施工安全，并在此基础上合理的降低建筑的成本。关 键 词 ：标 书 ； 商 务 标 ； 技 术 标 ； 工 程 量 ； 施 工方 案AbstractGraduation is based in Qingdao City, Fushan Office integration building works tender notes tender documents,contract conditions,technical specifications, drawings and other relevant documents and the preparation of tenders.
