上海地标性建筑施工技术

上海金茂大厦施工技术叶可明 范庆国 ［摘要］ 上海金茂大厦是当前世界上排名第三高度的大楼，仅用 4 年时间基本建成。由于上海地区属软土地基，因此金茂大厦的建造有着相当高的难度，这里着重介绍该工程基坑支护体系、大体积基础混凝土施工、模板施工技术、混凝土泵送技术、钢结构吊装施工、总承包管理与立体流水作业。 ［关键词］ 高层建筑 基坑支护 大体积混凝土 模板工程 混凝土泵送 结构安装 施工管理Technology for Construction of Jinmao Tall Building in ShanghaiYe Keming Fan Qingguo［Abstract］ The Jinmao Tall Building in Shanghai is the 3rd high building in the world at present and its construction was completed in only 4 years. This building is situated on soft soil, therefore its construction has rather great difficulty. This article describes its supporting system for foundation pit, the construction of foundation with mass concrete, technology for installing formwork; concrete pumping technology, lifting and installing of steel structure, contract management and three-dimensional flow operation.［Keywords］ Tall building; Foundation pit supporting; Mass concrete; Formwork; Concrete pumping；Structure erection; Construction management 金茂大厦位于上海浦东陆家嘴金融贸易区，工程占地面积 2.3 万 m2，地下3 层，地上名义 88 层，实际主楼达 94 层，另有裙房 5 层，总建筑面积 29 万m2，建筑物顶端高度 420.5m，是中国已结顶的第一高楼，亚洲第二、世界第三高楼。该工程是一座多功能小社会性质的大楼，集办公、酒店、购物、娱乐于一体。其中主楼的 1～52 层用于办公，53～87 层为五星级酒店，88 层为观光层，地下室、广场与裙房为停车、娱乐、购物等设施。 本工程主楼结构形式是框筒结构，中间的核心筒为八角形的现浇钢筋混凝土，在 53 层下内设井字型隔墙，外侧有 8 根钢巨形柱和 8 根复合式巨形柱，在24～26 层、51～53 层、85～87 层设 3 道钢结构的外伸桁架将核心筒与复合巨形柱连成整体以提高塔楼侧向刚度。5 层裙房采纳一般的多层框架钢结构体系。 本工程主楼、裙房与广场地面之下都为 3 层地下室，地下室...
