Besides, it also includes some construction experience for the whole bridge.Key words: Tie bar arched bridge; steel pipe arch rib; hoisting; construction1、 工 程 概 况xx市xx河大桥主跨为64m+64m+72m+64m+64m 的 下 承 式 无 风 撑 双 承载 面 的 钢 管 砼 系 杆 拱 桥 ， 桥 面 总 宽28.9m 。 拱 轴 线 为 二 次 抛 物 线 ， 矢 跨 比1/5； 72 m跨 设 吊 杆 13 对 ， 64m跨 11对 。钢 管 拱 横 截 面 为 宽 1.8m的 圆 端 形 ，圆 端 直 径 72m跨 0.9m， 64m跨 0.8m，由 厚 16mm的 Q345d 钢 板 卷 制 而 成 ， 内 按0.5m、 0.7m、 0.8m、 0.9m、 1.0m不 等间 距 设 加 劲 肋 以 提 高 钢 管 拱 肋 的 刚 度 。2、 施 工 方 案2.1 钢 管 拱 肋 的 制 作钢 管 拱 肋 采 纳 在 工 厂 分 节 段 加 工制 作 ， 由 汽 车 运 输 ， 施 工 场 地 现 场 拼组 焊 接 。 依 据 施 工 图 给 定 的 拱 脚 处 0#段 拱 肋 的 长 度 及 参 考 的 施 工 场 地 接 头位 置 ， 结 合 汽 车 的 运 输 能 力 ， 每 施 工场 地 节 头 间 分 2段 加 工 ， 即 每 片 拱 肋共 分 6段 （ 不 含 2节 0# 段 ） 。 同 时 考虑 到 气 温 的 变 化 对 钢 材 的 胀 缩 影 响 较大 ， 拱 肋 的 制 作 比 设 计 长 度 增 长 4cm以 留 有 施 工 富 余 量 。2.2 钢 管 拱 肋 架 设 方 案 的 选 定由 于 主 跨 处 于 主 河 槽 的 二 级 阶 地较 ...
