中小河流治理工程设计中实践生态理念的探讨中小河流治理工程设计中实践生态理念的探讨 摘要:中小河流治理是现阶段我国水利基础设施建设的一大组成部分，特别是中央一号文件推出以来，治理工作正在全国迅速推动。随着社会经济的进展，人民生活水平的日益提高，人们追求环境友好、人水和谐的愿望越来越强烈。本文通过笔者工程设计的实践经验和思考，总结了中小河流治理设计过程中如何贯彻生态理念的几点经验，以供同行做沟通探讨。 关键词:中小河流；河道；治理；设计；生态 Abstract: The small and medium-sized rivers are a big part of the present stage of our country water conservancy infrastructure construction, especially the central document No.1 since the launch, governance is the rapid advance of. Keywords: small and medium-sized River; river; governance; ecological design; 中图分类号：P343.1 文献标识码：A 文章编号： 中小河流治理以保障人民群众的生命财产安全为出发点和落脚点。随着社会经济的进展，人民生活水平的日益提高，人们追求环境友好、人水和谐的愿望越来越强烈。如何在保障防洪安全的前提下生态治理河流，已经成为水利工程设计人员必须考虑的重要问题。在笔者看来，生态治理河流即通过工程、生物等手段，营造既满足人类亲水需求，又利于各种生物生存的水环境。生态治理河流本是涉及工程学、生物学、环境科学等多学科交叉命题，单靠工程设计人员要达到理想的治理目标较困难。对于工程设计人员而言，保证河流堤岸稳定和防洪安全是专业本行，相对较容易实现，但要在此同时，达到河流生态景美的目标却并非易事。笔者通过多年的设计实践，从工程角度出发，总结了一些河流治理设计各阶段过程中贯彻生态理念...
