剖析建筑工程全过程给排水质量控制剖析建筑工程全过程给排水质量控制 摘要：近年来,随着我国城市化进程的加快，工程建筑逐渐增多，尤其是高层建筑建设规模日趋扩大，与此同时，建筑给排水施工质量问题日益突出，影响着人们的日常工作与生活。面对这些问题，建筑给排水工程施工人员必须要制定科学合理的施工方案，进一步提升给排水施工技术水平，确保给排水工程的施工质量。本文在此分别从三个不同的阶段对给排水质量控制做了一定的阐述。 关键词：给排水；质量控制；准备；施工；验收 Abstract: In recent years, along with our country city changes a course accelerate, engineering building gradually increased, especially in high-rise building construction scale expands day by day, at the same time, building construction quality problems of drainage is becoming increasingly prominent, affect the daily work and life of people. Faced with these problems, building to the drainage works construction personnel must make scientific and reasonable implementation plan, to further enhance the level of construction technology for drainage, to ensure the quality of water supply and drainage construction. Keywords: water supply and drainage; preparation; quality control; construction; acceptance 中图分类号：TU99 引言：建筑给排水施工中的质量管理，不仅关系到生活、工作，还直接影响到水资源的合理利用。在施工各阶段中由于管理的力度不够，往往存在各种质量缺陷，严重影响建筑给排水工程施工质量和使用功能，因此，给排水工程在施工各阶段管理都十分重要的。 一、施工准备阶段 1、施工图纸会审、技术交底 1.1 在审核图纸时，要尽量全面地发现图纸中的问题。达到解决存在问题，统一各方不同意见，理解本工程的难点、重点的目的。 1.2 专业技术人员在接到施工图以后，应仔细学习图纸，熟悉图纸的内容、要点和特点，弄清设计意图。掌握工程情况，了解建筑结构，理解设计中所选用的新技术、新设备、新材料，以便实行有效的施工方法和可行的技术措施。 1.3 地下管...
