剖析房屋建筑施工质量控制措施分析剖析房屋建筑施工质量控制措施分析 【摘要】：房屋建筑工程项目管理的中心问题是施工质量控制，房屋建筑工程的质量不仅与人们的日常生活水平息息相关，还决定着工程项目的投资是否成功；施工企业若想在建筑市场站稳脚步，必须实行一系列措施提高建筑工程施工质量，并对施工质量进行有效控制。 在现阶段的项目施工过程中还存在着各种由于施工质量控制工作不到位、监管力度不足而造成的问题。本文在对这些问题进行介绍和分析的基础上，对于如何加强房屋建筑工程中的基础性工程施工质量工作给出了一些建议。 【关键词】：房屋建筑工程，质量控制，问题； [ Abstract ]: Housing construction project management is the central issue of construction quality control, the quality of housing construction is not only closely related with people's daily life level, but also determines the success of the investment project; construction enterprises in the construction market take a firm pace, must take a series of measures to improve the construction quality of the building project, and the construction quality control.At this stage of the project construction process, there exist various due to the construction quality control is not in place, and the problems caused by the lack of supervision.
