半干式喷雾干燥法烟气脱硫工艺讨论 摘要:[目的] 在中等试验台上讨论烟道作为脱硫反应器的半干法烟气脱硫技术,确定工艺条件,重点在提高脱硫效率和脱硫剂利用率。[方法] 选用半干式喷淋塔脱除烟气中的SO2。[结果] 1.脱硫效率虽然随钙/硫比(Ca/S)的增加而增加(Ca/S 为 0.806 时,平均去除效率为 57.53%; Ca/S 为 1.207 时,平均去除效率为 77.34%; Ca/S 为 1.414 时,平均去除效率为 80.75%),但当 Ca/S>1 以后脱硫增加率趋缓。2.伴随 SO2进口浓度的增加,脱硫效率略有增加。3.随 Ca/S 的增加,脱硫剂利用率有所下降。4.加入一定量 NaCl 添加剂对提高 SO2去除效率影响不很明显(平均去除率约提高 2%),但对稳定去除效率有所帮助。[结论]1. 提高 Ca/S 是提高脱硫效率的一种有效方法,综合对脱硫效率和脱硫剂利用率的影响,Ca/S 在 1.0~1.4 范围内较为合适。2.循环利用脱硫剂是提高脱硫剂利用率的有效方法 。3.NaCl 添加剂适合工况变化较大的焚烧处理系统。 关键词:半干法烟气脱硫;Ca/S;脱硫剂;NaCl 添加剂The Research of SO2 Removal by Semidry Spraying Tower Abstract: [Objective] To evaluate the operation conditions of Semi-dry Flu Gas Desulfurization and its influence factors on bench-scale equipment; to investigate how to improve the SO2 removal efficiency and the utilization of sorbent. [Methods] SO2 in flue gas can be removed by spraying tower. [Results] The removal efficiency of SO2 will be improved with the increase of Ca/S ratio. Under the experiment condition of different Ca/S ratios as 0.806, 1.207 and 1.414, the average SO2 removal efficiency is 57.53%, 77.34% and 80.75%, respectively. When Ca/S>1, however, the increase of SO2 removal efficiency becomes insignificant. With respect to the initial concentration of SO2, no appreciable effect on the removal efficiency has been observed so far.
