基于 BSC 的复合特性组织绩效模式创新讨论基于 BSC 的复合特性组织绩效模式创新讨论 (摘要:本文针对岳阳烟草专卖局(公司)绩效管理中存在的实际问题,借鉴前人的理论成果,在综合运用平衡积分卡和关键绩效指标进行了探究和尝试,对绩效考核进行了创新,设计了一套全新的、基于结果与能力的绩效考核模型,并建立了完整的绩效管理系统;经过三个月的检验,在岳阳烟草专卖局(公司)取得了较好的实际结果。但仍然存在一些操作性问题,因此,仍需进一步创新完善岳阳烟草专卖局(公司)绩效管理体系。 关键词:绩效管理;战略;绩效考核 Abstract: In this paper, the practical problems that exist in the the Yueyang Tobacco Monopoly Bureau (Company) Performance Management, drawing on previous theoretical results, explore and try the integrated use of the balanced scorecard and key performance indicators, performance appraisal, innovation, designa new set of performance evaluation based on the results and the ability of the model, and the establishment of a complete performance management system; After three months of testing, Yueyang tobacco Monopoly Bureau (Company) made good practical results.
