论述沥青混凝土生产质量控制论述沥青混凝土生产质量控制 摘要：随着公路等级的逐步提高，公路路面的质量要求也逐渐提高，而沥青混合料是影响公路路面质量优劣的一个重要因素，在生产过程中要善于总结，克服不良人为因素。生产中发现问题及时处理，只有加强管理，精心组织施工，才能生产出高质量、高水平的沥青混凝土产品，制造优良工程。如何更好的控制沥青混凝土的生产质量，本文分别从原材料、配合比、温度、运输等几个方面分别进行了阐述。 关键词：沥青混凝土;原材料; 配合比; 温度 Abstract: with the development of highway level gradually improve, highway pavement quality requirements are also gradually increased, and the asphalt mixture pavement quality is an important factor, in the production process should be good at summing up, overcome the adverse factors. Key words: asphalt concrete; mix ratio of raw material; temperature; 中图分类号：TU528.42 文献标识码：A 文章编号：2095-2104（2025） 前言 目前沥青混凝土拌和设备有两种：连续式沥青混凝土拌和设备和间歇式沥青混凝土拌和设备。前者在计量各种材料之后连续不断地送进拌和器中拌和，而后者系在每盘拌和时计量混合料各种材料的重量。我国目前使用的材料品种较杂, 变异性大, 再加上拌和厂大都是露天料场, 材料含水量受天气影响较大, 所以主张采纳间歇式拌和机。假如采纳连续式拌和机，必须确保原材料是均匀一致的，否则很难保证配合比。而且高等级公路必须采纳间歇式拌和机配备计算机设备。 一、拌和设备的控制 拌和楼必须具备全过程自动控制，能够分析数据、核定生产量，能够进行拌和质量分析，最好具备匹配的二级除尘装置。而且拌和机的各种称重传感器必须逐个经过仔细标定，自动采集、记录打印的...
