公务员绩效评估体系的有效性分析摘要公务员绩效管理已经成为行政管理中一项重要的课题讨论,在我国改革行政管理体制的要求下迫切需要转变政府职能,我国政府还处于适应市场经济体制时期,绩效管理指标与政府价值取向存在一定的出入,主要是制度性的缺陷,要加以调整,同时对政府行政成绩、效能的考核也势在必行。公务员绩效考核方法得当与否直接关系到公务员绩效考核结果的客观公正,进而影响公务员的工作态度、工作实绩及晋升、奖罚。本文通过现有公务员的绩效考核方法,从多角度将公务员绩效考核方法及其有效性进行简单分析.Abstract:Civil service administration and management of performance management has become an important research,administrative system in China\’s reform and the urgent need for the request of the transformation of government functions, my Government is also in a period of time to adapt to market economy , performance management indicators with the Government there are some values out of the main shortcomings of the system to be adjusted. At the same time , the Government\'s administrative performance, performance assessment must also. Appropriate performance evaluation method of civil servants or civil service performance is directly related to the outcome of an objective and fair assessment, in turn affect the attitude of civil servants, work performance and promotion , reward and punishment.
