Rural financial management has always been the focus and difficulty of the society. Although agriculture has been continuously invested in recent years, the production and life of farmers are improving, but there are many problems in rural financial management. This paper uses literature research method first on the rural financial management concept, rural financial management of several common patterns of combing the analysis below, this paper lay a theoretical foundation; by combining theory and practice, in order to Caolu town as an example, in-depth analysis of the status quo of Caolu town financial management, existing problems, and the problems one by one analysis.
