癌症患者疼痛护理进展摘要:疼痛是晚期恶性肿瘤患者最常见的临床症状之一，严重危害患者的生理和心理健康，甚至造成功能障碍。在临床工作中，疼痛已成为四大生命体征之后的第五大生命体征[1]，日益受到重视。尽管癌痛的处理手段不断的更新、改进，但据美国国立综合癌症(Natienal Comprehensive Cancer Network，NCCN2008)估计[2]，在新近诊断患有癌症的患者中仍有25％的患者受疼痛的困扰，另有33％患者是因抗癌药物引起的疼痛，并且其中有75％的患者病情仍不断的进展、恶化。所以我们需要不断的提高癌性疼痛的处理能力，进一步提高癌症患者的生存质量。关键词：癌症患者 疼痛 护理ABSTRACT: Pain is one of the most common clinical symptoms in patients with advanced malignant tumors, which seriously endangers the physical and psychological health of patients, and even causes functional disorders. In clinical work, pain has become the fifth vital sign after the four vital signs, and it has been paid more and more attention. Although the treatment of cancer pain is constantly updated and improved, according to the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN2008), it is estimated that 25% of newly diagnosed cancer patients are still suffering from pain, 33% are suffering from pain caused by anticancer drugs, and 75% of them are still progressing and deteriorating.
