摘 要 作为服务贸易的一员，中国会展业必定将参与国际竞争以及其他行业的竞争。会展蓬勃发展意义重大,一方面它为企业突破传统的发展模式带来了新的机遇，另一方面也是促进社会经济发展的重要交流载体。然而，与西方发达国家相比，我国仍然存在着不少制约会展业进一步发展的因素：比如会展从业人员专业化不够、会展产业的市场化不高、组织管理落后导致秩序较为混乱等等，如果将供应链管理良好的应用到会展活动中，即能实现会展活动与经济创新的结合，也能促进会展产业的发展。因此，本文根据会展经济系统的结构与特点,结合2018 第六届国际灸法大会的实际举办，将客户的需求放在首位，从会展供应链方面进行设计并不断优化，以各组成成员为着眼点构建会展业供应链,同时也为更好地解决会展经济发展过程中的问题提供新方案。关键词：会展经济 会展供应链 会展供应链管理AbstractAs a member of the service trade, China's convention and exhibition industry will certainly participate in international competition and competition in other industries.
