合约失灵视角下的社会公共服务供给研究—以学前教育为例摘 要最近几年，幼儿园频繁发生虐童事件，相关政府部门也在对幼儿园发生的安全事件进行了监管以及控制。在监管幼师的准入问题上，以及惩罚虐童事件上都与了相关政策的支持。我国的社会服务供给制度上还是有所欠缺，因此，想要从根本上抑制幼儿园的虐童事件是比较难的，本文从学前教育供给的多元主体责任角度以及关系角度进行研究。将公共服务理论以及合约失灵理论作为研究的理论依据，结合当前已经存在的研究成果，深入的了解我国当前学前教育的参与机制，为了理清主体在学前教育中的定位以及协作关系，通过了解当前的幼儿园现状以及主体之间相互关系，找出问题所在，并且从社会，企业，政府以及非营利组织以上三方的责任角度，来共同探讨怎样可以帮助解决学前教育存在的问题。关键词：合约失灵；学前教育；社会公共服务Research on Social Public Service Supply from the Perspective of Contract Failure--Taking Preschool Education as the ExamplePick toIn recent years, cases of child abuse in kindergartens have occurred from time to time.
