论国际法视角下的人类命运共同体摘 要人类命运共同体的所展示的内涵与国际法的价值取向是一致的。在坚持国际法基本原则的同时，同样也应该对于国际法进行深入的研究，所以衍生出了人类命运共同体。国际社会的利益是全体人民的利益，所以人类命运共同体是在追求本国利益的同时，也应该保护世界其他人民的利益。由于人类命运共同体是近几年所提出了，对于人类命运共同体相关的研究比较匮乏。所以对于人类命运共同体的研究是至关重要的。人类命运共同体以推动国际关系法治化为目标，人类命运共同体的建立还将继续深化共同体权利和共同体义务的构造。本文从国际法视角进行对于人类命运共同体的研究，以期本文的研究的结果对于人类命运共同体的理解提供新的见解。关键词： 国际法治 人类命运共同体 对世义务 On the community with a shared future for mankind from the perspective of international lawABSTRACTThe connotation of the community with a Shared future for mankind is consistent with the value orientation of international law.
