China has become the third largest pharmaceutical market in the world,and the biopharmaceutical industry has made considerable progress. The corresponding pharmaceutical cold chain logistics, represented by the distribution of refrigerated drugs such as vaccines, blood products, has also become a sunrise industry of public attention. However, the original medical cold-chain logistics technology and informationization level is not high, resulting in frequent accidents. With the continuous decentralization of China's policies, Shunfeng began to enter the field of medical cold-chain logistics in 2014. But the third-party logistics enterprises are not only Shunfeng, but also how Shunfeng strives for a space in this sunrise industry is the main content of this paper. This paper mainly uses SWOT score.
