摘要发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode, LED)是 20 世纪末出现的新型照明光源, 在节约能源、保护环境方面性能突出。由于 LED 不能直接由电网供电,点亮 LED 的驱动电源成为重要的研究课题,基于开关电源技术设计的 LED 驱动电源在工程应用中显示出了强大的竞争力。通过研究可编程器件作为 LED 驱动电路中核心的开关信号发生器,可以更好的满足高集成度、简单外围电路、数字化控制等性能特点。本文针对可编程器件 C51 系列单片机作为 LED 驱动电路中的核心控制芯片, 研究了单片机作为 LED 驱动电源的脉冲宽度调制(PWM)信号发生器,以及单片机为处理器的后级数字化控制方法。阐述了单片机的硬件电路工作原理和 LED 驱动相关技术。介绍了如何通过软件方法来控制脉冲宽度调制信号达到调节驱动电源输出的目的。分析了 LED 驱动的设计需求以及相关安全规章标准,给出了搭建电源硬件电路和单片机最小系统电路的具体方法,设计了基于 C51 系列单片机的软件控制方法,实现了以 C51 系列单片机为脉冲宽度调制信号发生器的大功率 LED 驱动设计。基于可编程器件单片机技术的 LED 驱动系统测试表明,正确的设计主电源电路结构,合理的控制脉冲宽度调制信号以及正确的后级采样反馈可以完成稳定可靠的 LED 驱动的电源设计,提升工作效率,并且具有可扩展外部接口功能。达到了论文设计的目的要求。关键词:LED 驱动单片机开关电源脉冲宽度调制AbstractLight-emitting diode (Light Emitting Diode, LED) appeared in the later 20th century as a new lighting source.
