基于扬程的水泵运行失效监控系统设计摘 要大型水泵机组是大型泵站的关键设备 为了掌握机组的可靠耐久性,对机组故障进行了统计分析,遴选出机组关键易损部件: 水泵导轴承叶轮叶片电机定子电机推力轴承; 确定主要失效模式: 水泵导轴承磨损,叶片汽蚀断裂,电机定子绝缘老化和推力轴承烧损 分析确定了各易损部件主要失效模式的失效判别标准 本文成果对提高大型水泵机组可靠耐久性,指导泵站维护管理,合理确定机组大修周期有重要意义关键词: 大型水泵机组; 易损部件; 失效模式; 判别标准AbstractLarge water pump units are key equipment of large pumping stations. In order to master there liability and durability of the units,statistics analysis was performed about faults of the units; the guide bearing of the pump,the blade of the impeller and the motor stator were selected as the key damageable parts; the main failure modes were determined as: wear of the guide bearing,cavitation and fracture of the blade,insulation aging of the motor stator and burnout of thrust bearings of the motor . The failure criteria of the key damageable parts were investigated and determined .
