劳动力转移背景下农村留守老人养老困境及对策研究分析——以西乡县白龙镇为例 人力资源管理专业

摘 要伴随着我国工业化和城市化的不断建设，在良好的学习资源和就业机会促使下，一批批乡村年轻人持续地从乡村流向都市、从内陆经济发展慢的地区流向东南沿海经济发展快的地区，于是在我国出现了一个独特的留守老人群体。同时，在人口老龄化的影响下，这一特殊群体的养老问题已经引起了大家的高度重视。本文在前人的研究基础上，通过观察，访谈等方式对西乡县白龙镇农村进行实地调研，从经济供给、生活照料、精神抚慰等方面对留守老人养老现状进行分析研究，结合白龙镇的实际情况，从经济、政策保障、文化等方面分析留守老人养老困难的原因，说出处理白龙镇农村独居老人生活困境的方法。农村留守老人养老问题与我国农村社会的稳定发展息息相关，为了促进我国新农村建设进程，必须先要妥善的处理好留守老人养老问题。关键词：劳动力转移；农村留守老人；养老AbstractWith the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization in China, in order to obtain better learning and employment opportunities, a large number of rural young people continue to flow from rural to urban areas, from backward areas to developed regions, due to the large transfer of young labor, accompanied by the deepening of the aging trend of the population, the elderly rural rear-aged pension problems have aroused widespread concern in the community.On the basis of previous research, this paper conducted a field investigation on the countryside of Xixiang County Bai Dragon Town through observation and interviews.
