江苏省生态环境保护资金筹资路径分析研究 财务会计学专业

摘 要近些年来，随着我国环境污染的日益加剧，社会公众和政府对环境治理和保护的力度进一步加强，尤其是随着各地生态环境的日益恶化，生态环境保护问题已经进入公众的视野，成为当前我国政府、地府政府和民众普遍关注和亟需解决的问题 。近些年来，我国政府加大了对生态环境的保护力度，国家及地方政府在政策、资金等方面都给与了大力的支持，国家的生态环境保护工作已经取得了显著的成效。但是经过深入研究发现，目前我国地方政府在生态环境保护方面与实际需求还存在着较大的差距，尤其是在资金需求方面，资金短缺依然是制约该项工作深入开展的首要因素。如何选择合适的筹资路径，获得当前生态环境保护所需要的财力支持，已经成为我国各个地方政府必须解决的难题。本文正是基于此，以江苏省生态环境保护筹资路径作为研究对象，通过对当前江苏省生态环境保护筹资的现状进行分析，找出在资金筹措中所面临的难题，并在充分借鉴其它省市及发达国家先进做法的基础上，总结出适合江苏省生态环境保护的筹资路径，并为其他省市在生态环境保护过程中遇到资金短缺难题的时候提供一定的参考价值。关键词：江苏省；生态环境保护；筹资路径AbstractIn recent years, with the increasing pollution of our environment, the public and government efforts to protect environment further strengthened, especially as the country is deteriorating ecological environment, ecological environment protection has entered the public eye, become my Government, the Government and the people to the government attention and urgent problem.
